Diana Riley, Founder and Secretary
A full-time Naples resident since 2012, retired entrepreneur, avid golfer, Greater Naples Leadership alumnae (Class XIX), and a 2017 Woman of Initiative, Diana launched Swinging With Purpose™ in 2013. Always involved in her community, both up North and now here in Naples, Diana strongly believes “to whom much is given, much is required”. Not ready to fully retire, Diana believes she still has much to offer the community at large. Hence, her undying commitment to the organizations serving the women, girls and children in our community.
Cheryl Ollila, Vice President
Early involvement and commitment to the mission of Swinging With Purpose™ led to an appointment as a Board member in 2014. Cheryl also served on the Leadership Board of the Quarry Women’s Golf Association (QWGA) in the capacity of Treasurer during the 2012-13 and 2013-14 golf seasons and currently serves as President of the Quarry Community Association, Inc. Cheryl retired in 2009 from her career at General Motors as General Director-Labor Relations. Cheryl’s formal education includes MBA and BBA degrees from the University of Detroit, Detroit, MI. She successfully completed a Harvard University “Senior Executive Leadership Training Program” in Detroit, MI, Beijing and Shanghai, China and Tokyo, Japan.
Kelly Cox, Treasurer
Kelly is co-owner of Kitchens by Clay, managing finance, marketing, and public relations for the company. Kelly previously held the position of Vice President at Bessemer Trust Company, a private wealth management firm. Kelly has been involved in various charitable organizations, including past volunteer work for Naples Equestrian Challenge, working directly with physically and mentally challenged riders, along with caring for the horses. Kelly is a member of the Collier Child Care Resources “Business 100 Club” and has been an ongoing supporter/sponsor of Swinging with Purpose™ since its inception. She has also volunteered as a hotline counselor at Project Help, a local rape crisis center.
Amy Hale, Member
Mrs. Hale is originally from Naples and is currently Vice President, Managing Director with BMO Private Bank. Amy holds a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation and specializes in the wealth management needs of high net worth women, including building their financial knowledge and confidence while preparing for life events common to women. Amy also serves as a committee member of the Women’s Foundation of Collier County and the Immokalee Foundation.
Kim Dillon, Member – Mrs. Dillon is a Partner at Quarles & Brady, LLP, specializing in estate planning, estate and trust administration, general business law and assisting Boards of Directors of not-for-profit corporations in obtaining and maintaining federal tax exemption. Mrs. Dillon is the past president of the Collier County Women’s Bar Association and has served on the Boards of the YMCA, Fun Time Early Childhood Academy and Winged Foot Scholarship Foundation.
Sally Meiners, Member
Sally Meiners Mondock is a Kansas City, Missouri native. After her time as a Division I collegiate golfer and a Division II collegiate golf coach, Sally moved to Naples, Florida where she currently holds the position of Director of Women’s Golf at Stonebridge Country Club. Sally is excited to combine her passion for the game with her desire to help those in her community to advance the Swinging with Purpose mission.
Rose Harper Elder, Advisory Member
Rose is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, lecturer, adjunct professor, contributing writer to golf publications, passionate golfer, and a nationally recognized golf subject matter expert. She is the recipient of countless awards for her lifetime achievements in business, community service, development, and in the field of sports, especially golf. She has established herself as a golf advisor and trainer to U.S. presidents, royalty, celebrities, ambassadors, Fortune 500 CEOs, and for the underprivileged all over the US. The key to her success is her sincere, yet savvy, networking ability and skills that she has embedded in her multilevel Art of the Deal: Golf business workshop/seminars.
