About BGCCF: Boys & Girls Clubs’ mission is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. In 2021, Jacqueline Bradley and Clarence Otis generously gifted the organization $4 million to open a state-of-the-art Club—the Jacqueline Bradley & Clarence Otis Family Branch in Orlando's West Lakes Community. The Club takes a holistic approach to serving children—nurturing mind, body and spirit. Programming includes academic support, college and workforce readiness, art and dance instruction, athletics and leadership development. Boys & Girls Clubs work with children, with an outcome of productive adults for their families and communities.
About NIYC: New Image Youth Center provides a safe place for youth to dream while fostering academic, social, physical, and mental well- being for our students. We offer comprehensive after-school and summer camp programs for students in the Parramore area of Orlando and surrounding neighborhoods. We are proud to be one of the longest-serving youth organizations in Parramore, in operation for +20 years. The loving and supporting environment offered by NIYC has led to dozens of high school, post-secondary school and college graduates, including one PhD graduate.
